I am not a relocation consultant or a visa expert - I am just a young woman helping people with daily communication tasks that seem overwhelming at first glance.
I believe that in over a year and a half I have gained enough knowledge to be your "supportive friend" in Portuguese language tasks or when you don't know where to start.

In-person support (Interpreter)
“Holding your hand” - how most of you call it.
For example, you are visiting properties in Portugal (oh, I guess that means you fell in Love with the country) and you want someone on your side, to help you with the communication? Or you need someone to call the town hall to ask a question about your water connection; Or to accompany you to the finances; etc.
First, I love in-person meetings, and second, I love to connect locals with ‘newcomers’ from abroad.
General language support
Let me call for you and guide you.
In cases of calls / information requests from Portuguese-speaking places / making appointments, where support is needed, I am available to help.
I am happy to guide you through the first steps you should take once you arrived - How to get your residence, health care, where to request your water, etc.
e.g: finances, town hall, Hospital, handyman…
Documents translation
You have some documentation that needs translating?
I already have experience in these kinds of translations.
Although I don’t have a degree in official translations, I have all the skills to give you a proper translation of the documents you need (for example: a lease, letters, E-Mails).
Here are some examples of occasions I had the pleasure to help at!
- Meetings at the financial office (to get your NIF number, change the address, clarify any other issues - I would say the ladies at the financial office already know me :)
- Arrangments to get your Atestado de morada from the Freguesia (Parish);
- Translations of town hall meetings;
- Calls to service providers (e.g. internet provider);
- Calls and arrangements with your handyman / construction worker (oh yes, I feel the struggle when they stop answering);
- Arrangements to get your residence (CRUE);
- Arrangements to get your Social security number and health care number (utente number);
- Arrangements and translations of a any type of medical appointments;
- Support to get your documents notarized;
- Translations of legal / solicitor meetings;
- Arrangements and translations at a Wedding;
- Translation of deeds;
- Arrangements for your vaccine appointment;
- Arrangements for veterinary help;
- Support to obtain the “Chave Móvel Digital”;
-Dog training translation;
- Help you navigate the financial portal (I make screen recordings to explain);
- I am proud to share that this summer 2023 I translated a whole book from Portuguese to German;
- and any other new creative tasks :)

About me.
I am a young multilingual communication lover.
⚡️ I was born in Germany and raised in the beautiful countryside of central Portugal. Although I grew up in this country, my University degree was completed in English, whilst also speaking my native German language within family and previous employment.
⚡️ So you can guess that language-related tasks are my strength!
⚡️ I love to live between these two worlds: Portuguese Culture I had the pleasure to get to know, and the foreign curiosity of wanting to know more.
I started this job in March 2022.
